Since we're still social distancing, why not visit the newest of Beaver County's parks, Bridgewater Crossing? Located at Mulberry Street Extension in Bridgewater, the acre park features walking and viewing areas of the Ohio River at the mouth of the Beaver River. You can see two train and vehicle bridges. Enjoy reading the historical signs about Stone's Point, Sawkunk, railroad bridge and area wild life. Also, there is a public dock.

The Beaver County Historical Research and Landmarks Foundation will reopen weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning Monday, August 10. We are located at 1235 3rd Ave., Freedom. Please remember to wear your mask during your visit. The BCHRLF, we are your Beaver County historical society.
